The question we hear most after "how much?" is "which package should I get?". The honest answer: it depends less on the size of your business and more on what you want the website to do for you.
Below we use our own packages as the example because we know them well, but the questions apply to any quote you get, from anyone.
Start with the right question
Before you look at price, write down your answers to these four questions:
- What do you want a visitor to do? Call, message on WhatsApp, book, buy?
- How many services deserve their own page? A dentist with six treatments needs something different from a photographer with one service.
- How many languages do your customers speak? If you have diaspora clients or tourists, this changes a lot.
- How often will you change the content? Once a year, or every week?
With those answers in hand, the choice gets much simpler.
Basic (€349): when you need a clean, serious presence
Up to 5 pages, a contact form, basic SEO and a design that works well on phones. It also includes 30 days of free fixes for technical bugs after launch.
Who it's for: businesses with one or two clear services that want to look professional when someone searches for them: an accounting office, an electrician, a small studio. If you have no website today, or just a Facebook page, this is a sensible first step.
When it isn't enough: when you have lots of services that need explaining, when you need the site in two languages, or when you want to measure where enquiries come from.
Business (€599): when the website has to bring in enquiries
Everything in Basic, plus up to 8 pages, a structure designed to lead visitors towards contacting you, Google Analytics, 1–2 languages and speed optimisation. It also includes 3 months of free technical maintenance.
Who it's for: most businesses that win customers mainly online, and any business with customers in two languages (for example Albanian + English, or Albanian + German for the diaspora). Analytics matters more than it seems: without it you don't know which page brings enquiries and which doesn't.
Premium (€899): when the design has to be yours alone
Everything in Business, plus a 100% custom design, advanced on-page SEO, integrations such as WhatsApp or online booking, and planned paths from visitor to customer.
Who it's for: businesses where image is part of the product (restaurants, hotels, aesthetic clinics, fashion brands) or that compete in markets where everyone looks the same. When online booking saves hours of phone calls every week, the investment also pays back in time.
Custom (from €1,200): when you need something that doesn't exist off the shelf
An online store, price calculators, client areas, integrations with other systems. There's no fixed package here because every project is different. The price comes after a conversation that pins down exactly what needs building.
Three mistakes we see often
- Paying for pages you won't fill. Eight empty pages are worse than four good ones. Ask yourself whether you have content for them.
- Choosing the cheapest when your customers speak two languages. An Albanian-only site tells German or English customers you're not for them.
- Paying for custom design when what you need is clarity. A clear page with good copy often brings more enquiries than a spectacular one that explains nothing.
With us, we settle the right package together in the first call, free of charge. If Basic is enough, we'll say Basic. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% before launch, and if you don't like the first design after 2 rounds of changes, the deposit is refunded.
Full package details are on our pricing page. If you're unsure, the calculator there gives you an estimate in a minute.
